PM Responsibility:

Receive and inspect incoming packaging components and raw materials for quality and specification conformity. Assign and record in-house part numbers and lot numbers for all received materials. Conduct visual inspections of components (bottles, jars, tubes, labels, cartons, etc.). Label and organize received goods with appropriate QC status labels (Received, Sampled, Released, Rejected), including box numbering (e.g., 1/5, 2/5). Maintain inventory tracking and traceability records to ensure compliance and efficiency. Support the QC team in material sampling, raw-material verification, and documentation. Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production teams to coordinate material flow and maintain compliance with SOPs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in QC receiving and sampling areas per

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment Experience with incoming inspections, component quality checks, or materials receiving preferred Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment with frequent movement and handling of boxes or pallets Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely and regularly Forklift experience or certification is a plus Basic computer skills for data entry and QC record-keeping Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Familiarity with cGMP or
