Full‑time, outdoor field work Job Description We are hiring a Landscaper to support an outdoor environmental project in San Juan Capistrano. This role involves physical labor, landscaping, site restoration, and general environmental maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors all day and in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform landscaping and site maintenance Support environmental cleanup and restoration tasks Operate basic hand tools and landscaping equipment Maintain clean, safe work areas Follow all safety procedures on an active outdoor project site Assist project leads with day‑to‑day site needs Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to perform physical labor throughout an 8‑hour shift Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a team Basic experience with landscaping tools is helpful Must follow safety rules and instructions Nice to Have Previous landscaping or environmental project experience Ability to lift 40+ lbs Experience with hand tools (shovels, rakes, trimmers, etc.) Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
