Position:
QC Inspector Pay Rate:
$21/hr
Hours:
6am to 2:30 pm Monday through
Friday Location:
San Marcos, CA Job Responsibilities:
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests. Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work. Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs. Compiles and creates documentation in accordance with customer purchase order requirements including but not limited to AS9102 FAIRs, PPAPs, final inspection reports, test data reports, certificates of conformance, etc. Assists in maintaining internal calibration program including analysis of tools with expiring calibration, auditing, performing calibration procedures, and calling upon outside vendors for calibration. Performing shelf life extension procedures for the evaluation and disposition of expiring materials as necessary.
