Senior Aerospace Spencer is an engineer-driven organization focused on high-pressure hydraulic fluid fittings for use in commercial and military aerospace applications. The In Process Inspector Trainee will perform various quality functions including determining in-process compliance and requirements for machined parts. This position also maintains safe work practices and standard work procedures to operate as safely and efficiently as possible. What will my responsibilities include? In-process inspections and measurements on machined parts. Use hand measuring tools and other inspection equipment. Perform visual inspection of products. Data entry and documenting inspection results. Able to read, write, and do mathematical calculations (addition and subtraction with calculator). What key skills and experience do I need? Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with others in a team environment. What qualifications should I have? High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Requires the ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written. Strong organizations skills. Ability to work weekends as needed to meet specific deadlines. No Experience needed; we will train.
