•$28.00 per hour Job Summary The QC Inspector is responsible for performing inspections to ensure all products meet customer requirements and company quality standards. Essential Functions Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product compliance Reject and return non-conforming materials Complete and maintain all required inspection documentation Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections and other detailed inspections per specifications Develop and review inspection plans Ensure quality standards are met for all components and assemblies Maintain part history records, inspection reports, and drawings Calibrate and document hand tools and inspection equipment Conduct visual inspections, hardness testing, and electrical conductivity testing Follow departmental continuous improvement initiatives Additional Responsibilities Perform additional testing such as proof testing, pressure testing, and CMM inspection Collaborate with departments including Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Receiving Support product identification and other assigned duties Minimum Qualifications Must be a "US Person" under the

ITAR Requirements Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a Final and/or Receiving Inspector in a manufacturing environment

Education:

High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or related training preferred Certifications (Preferred): Mechanical Inspection Certification CMM Inspection Certification Hardness and Electrical Conductivity Testing Certification Skills & Abilities Proficient with mechanical and electronic inspection tools Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience with mylars, optical comparator, thickness gauge, and profilometer Knowledge of aerospace specifications and quality standards Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail with high accuracy Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable with excellent attendance and flexibility for overtime Blueprint reading GD&T exposure Inspection documentation Traceability review Experience reviewing material certs and C o Cs Work Environment Manufacturing and inspection environment Well-lit workspace with anti-fatigue mats Physical Requirements Stand approximately 75% of the workday Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs unassisted May sit, balance, stoop, or crawl as needed Exposure to moving machinery, chemicals, and airborne particles Must pass vision and color perception test Safety glasses required Competencies Time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork Basic math and computer literacy
