We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with aerospace inspection standards, documentation, and precision measuring equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform receiving, in-process, final, visual, and detailed inspections Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections and inspections per customer specifications Complete inspection reports, documentation, and maintain part history records Develop and review inspection plans, prints, and drawings Verify components and assemblies meet quality requirements for final acceptance Calibrate and document hand tools and inspection equipment Perform hardness and electrical conductivity testing Identify, document, and reject nonconforming materials Follow department procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Previous quality inspection experience, preferably in an aerospace/manufacturing environment Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills Experience using inspection tools and measuring equipment
Pay:
$32.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
