Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per

ASME Y14.5

standards. Proficient in reading 3D models, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams to develop complete inspection plans. Skilled in writing CMM measurement programs and comparing data using PolyWorks Inspector. Experienced in translating drawing callouts and CAD geometry into thorough first-article and production inspection plans. Practical experience operating rheometers using standard material-testing programs.
