Our client is looking for a dependable individual who is eager to learn and has a strong attention to detail. Previous quality control experience is helpful, but not required-training will be provided for the right candidate with a solid manufacturing background.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on extruded carbon blocks and finished products. Complete quality inspection documentation for each machine and operator. Use measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges (training provided). Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Communicate with production and other departments as needed. Work in a manufacturing environment with daily exposure to carbon dust. Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Work overtime when needed.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience preferred. Previous quality control experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Able to work independently and stay focused. Willingness to learn and be trained. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Position Details:
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
