Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 2nd shift 1:30PM- 9:30PM Job duties: Inspect and test raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Analyze quality data and identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities. Partner with production and engineering teams on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits. Train employees on quality standards and best practices. Use quality management systems to monitor product and process performance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Experience in quality control/assurance within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, manufacturing processes, and product specifications. Proficiency with inspection tools, quality systems, and software. #
