  • Employee referral bonuses What You'll Do Read and follow assembly drawings
  • Use voltmeters, testing equipment, and basic hand tools
  • Enter and review test data
  • Solder circuit boards
  • Inspect parts and identify cosmetic defects
  • Assemble military and aviation batteries
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Support, mentor, and help train team members Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed What We're Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Willingness to learn and teach assembly processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality Schedule Monday-Friday, early morning start, Saturday as needed
  • Approximately 50+ hours per week
Compensation Hourly Pay Range:
$22
