- 3:00pm Monday
- Friday Perform incoming inspection of purchased parts/materials Identify and document non-conformance reports Measure, monitor, improve, and control KPIs Working closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and with external customer inspectors Actively participate, demonstrate and promote a culture of awareness, personal choice, peer support and continuous improvement relative to safety and quality Technical ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and industry/customer/supplier specifications Using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, gauge blocks Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency using standard inspection methods and gages to inspect bar stock, castings and machined components is required You Must Have High school Diploma/GED equivalent 3+ years of QC inspection experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Master CMM Programmer with Calypso software experience 2+ years of Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We Value Associates degree or higher preferred Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds Familiarity with ASTM standards desirable ASQ Certification•Certified Quality Inspector, Certified Calibration Technician; other certifications•
AWS, ASNT
