After successful completion of our on-site trainings, you'll be picking up the equipment from our warehouse in Arvada, bringing the equipment to the event venue and setting it up, operating the photo booth while engaging with the guests, and then dropping the equipment back off at the warehouse after the event is over. We have events all over the state, so having a driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must! We are in need of all types of employment, including FT, PT and Temporary/Seasonal positions. MiHi provides some of the most thorough codes of conduct in the industry for every on-site staff, so you know exactly what you're supposed to do at all times (don't worry, it's still a ton of fun!). In addition to a robust manual, MiHi has a dedicated Event Manager every day that you can reach out to with any questions. Our Event Manager is there to make sure you're confident that you're performing at the MiHi standard when it comes to photo/video output, booth presentation, etc.

  • Outgoing, people person who loves to make guests smile
  • Reliability ( Including your vehicle and cellphone )
  • Ability to follow directions to a T
  • While no photography/technology experience is required, it is a huge plus if you understand basic photography principles, camera settings, photo framing procedures, and general computer technology such as wifi and printer connections.
  • Strong communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • General concern for the fact that 'This could be someone's wedding'
  • Troubleshooting mindset. Problem solving and thinking on your feet!
  • Ability to work independently is a MUST!

The MiHi Office is located off of 58th and Sheridan in Arvada. Since you have to pick up the equipment and drop it off at this location, it is best if this area of town is convenient for you.

This way we can be sure your personality is right for the job. After the in-person interview, and if we want you to join the team, we'll email you a Google Form to fill out if you want to join the team as well. After you fill out the form, we'll reach out again to schedule a group orientation training. If you're still on board after the group orientation, we will get you hired and will schedule you for 3-5 paid event training sessions at events. Once you're through the training events, you can step up to running events by yourself! Later down the road, if you like rocking events, you can work your way up to our All-Star position where you make $27/hr!
