You will be responsible for accurately programming customer equipment prior to shipment on all PC and terminal equipment. Other tasks as assigned by QA Manager or Supervisors to prepare for day to day business needs. We have an excellent repair facility and excellent Technician team we are looking to expand. Training will be provided for this position

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and Skills:

• Ensure and maintain the company's high quality assurance standards
• Ensure accurate entries related to asset and inventory tracking databases
• Troubleshooting skill-set to isolate and diagnose failures
• report back to Technicians
• Good PC usage skills: Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn a new application to track work completed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times including a clean bench and work area-Flexible selected work schedule-To be discussed with Tech Manager at time of interview/hire

Daily Activities:

• Must be able to work M-F until 5 PM
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering in customer data and configuring PC and terminal equipment
• This position does require frequent standing, moving, and communication
• Accuracy with scanning, tagging, database data entry
• Frequent bending, lifting of PC equipment and pallet movement
• Connection of various hardware platforms to run tests for functionality
• Cleanliness and physical condition verification
• This position also has opportunity to learn hardware repair and participate in overtime work when needed Qualifications and Skills Those capable of working with a team, yet manage their own daily activities and production will succeed in this position and enjoy the work environment and benefits of working for South Seas Data.
