Entry Level Composite Technician

•Composite Aerospace Manufacturing company seeking Entry Level Composite Lay-up Technician. No prior experience is necessary—just a good attitude, a passion for learning and a strong work ethic! You will be an essential part of the production process, helping to create high-quality composite components through precise lay-up and fabrication techniques. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in composite materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly methods while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. . Responsibilities Assist with the lay-up of composite materials according to detailed specifications and work instructions Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse or manufacturing setting Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency during production processes Collaborate with team members on materials handling, millwork, and construction tasks to meet production goals Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in learning fabrication and assembly techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts (training provided) Experience or interest in manufacturing, composite materials, and aerospace a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work safely in a busy environment Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills Willingness to learn new skills related to composite materials, fabrication, and assembly processes This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing or composite fabrication. Pay:
