Temp-to-Hire HireWorks is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Fort Collins, CO. This is a hands-on position responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing products, identifying defects or discrepancies, verifying product quality, and ensuring materials meet established quality requirements before moving through the warehouse or being shipped to customers. Candidates must have previous Quality Control or Quality Inspection experience and be comfortable working on their feet and performing detailed, repetitive inspections throughout the shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform hands-on quality inspections of products and materials in a warehouse environment Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damage, incorrect quantities, or other discrepancies Verify products meet established quality specifications and customer requirements Visually inspect materials and compare products against established standards Identify, separate, and report defective or nonconforming materials Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions consistently Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive inspections throughout the shift Work with warehouse and quality teams to resolve product or inventory discrepancies Assist with inventory counts and product verification as needed Maintain an organized inspection area and follow warehouse safety procedures Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or QC experience required Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production environment preferred Experience inspecting products or materials for defects and discrepancies Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks Ability to follow written work instructions, quality procedures, and established standards Ability to document inspection results accurately Comfortable standing and walking throughout an 8-hour warehouse shift Ability to bend, reach, and handle products repeatedly throughout the workday Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse and quality team Must be available for annual physical inventory, including weekend work if necessary
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
