Your responsibilities include advising production teams on quality compliance, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. By minimizing quality-related downtime and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you enhance overall production efficiency and product integrity.

• Accountabilities:

• + Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data Analytics, analyze SPC system data to identify trends, perform root causes analysis,escalate decisions,and provide insights for continuous improvement + Inspection Equipment Maintenance, perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability + Quality Decision-Making, make informed decisions on releasing or holding products for inspection during shifts, maintaining product quality standards + Collaboration with Production Teams, work closely with production teams to implement control plans and address quality issues effectively + Food Safety Compliance, ensure adherence to food safety standards and certifications, leading and coordination food safety audits and inspections + Product Quality Assurance, conduct rigorous inspections processes to ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal requirements + Equipment Reliability, maintain and troubleshoot inspection equipment to ensure consistent operational readiness and minimize disruptions to the quality control process •

Qualifications & Experience:

• + High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred + 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a quality focused role or STEM degree in lieu of professional work experience + Food Safety certifications (e.g., HACCP) and Quality Systems certifications (e.g., ISO or ASQ) are plus + Basic computers skills

Expected Hiring Salary Range:

Onsite Work Environment:

This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
