What You'll Do:
As a Bartender at Grossen Bart Brewery, you'll be at the heart of our taproom experience.
Your role will include:
- Pouring and serving our handcrafted beers with precision and enthusiasm . Engaging with guests to share your knowledge of our brews and help them find their perfect pint. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Handling transactions and ensuring accurate cash and card handling. Collaborating with the team to create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for someone with: - 1 year of bartending experience (you know your way around the taps!). A genuine love for craft beer and the ability to share that passion with others. Strong communication and customer service skills to make every guest feel right at home. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile on your face.
