SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring and recording all CCPs, CPs and Quality Checks throughout the production and packaging processes. This is an evening shift from 1:00pm-10:00pm, with training during first shift.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing environment Experience with government regulatory requirements in the processing of food and ability to work with regulatory bodies such as the FDA, USDA, OTCO, GFCO, OSHA, etc.

3:30pm to 12:00pm; Monday through

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
