Job Summary:

Primary responsibility for establishing, implementing and directing all aspects of the company's quality control program.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality management function Create and manage processes that ensure the company product/service quality standards are met Manage the quality audits Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerances Perform first article inspections Work with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers on all quality related issues Manage internal audit process Communicate nonconformance issues to customers and work to resolve them Mentor inspector(s)

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent knowledge of quality control principles Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and or NADCAP quality programs Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Strong organizational and problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication abilities Must be able to communicate effectively in

English Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree 10 years' experience working in a quality role
