This role involves maintaining high quality standards through detailed inspection processes in a precision focused environment. The starting pay rate for this position is 25 dollars per hour. The position begins with a standard daytime training schedule before transitioning into a flexible work arrangement that accommodates personal scheduling preferences while maintaining core operational coverage. Location The facility is located in Branford, Connecticut. Hours Initial training hours are 7:30 to 4:30. After the initial hire period, the company offers a flexible schedule within the facility hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employees are expected to be present during core hours of 9:00 to 3:00 and must complete 9 hours per day. Minimum of one to two years of experience in quality inspection Background in the aerospace, automotive, or medical device industries Familiarity working within AS9100 or
