Job Description
Perform dimensional inspection of complex machined, molded, and aerospace components within an AS9100 environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of metrology/dimensional inspection experience. StrongGD&T, ASME
Y14.5, andAS9102 FAI
knowledge. Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models. Experience with CMMs, vision systems, optical comparators, micrometers, calipers, and gages . Strong mathematical and dimensional analysis skills.Responsibilities:
Perform FAI and final inspections . Verify dimensional compliance to drawings, CAD models, and specifications. Develop inspection methods for complex features. Use geometry, trigonometry, and calculations to verify dimensions. Perform sectioning/destructive inspection when required. #GRPA Job Type:
