Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in aerospace or precision manufacturing to perform and document in-process, final, first-piece, and First Article Inspections (FAI). 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; Friday overtime (6-10h) as needed. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have hands-on precision inspection experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform in-process, final, first-piece, and First Article Inspections. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, blueprints, and GD&T. Inspect precision parts using micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, radius gauges, dial indicators, surface plates, and other measuring equipment. Maintain accurate inspection records and product traceability. Support calibration and control of inspection equipment, including monitoring calibration status and maintaining required records. Identify and document nonconforming product. Follow established quality procedures and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Quality Inspection experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring equipment. Working knowledge of AS9100 and

ISO 9001.

Familiarity with calibration requirements and measuring equipment control. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and customer portals. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
