Job Description

TWIN MRO, a growing, 100% employee owned turbine component overhaul & repair facility, is seeking Quality Inspectors on
First and Second Shift:
First Shift•7:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday Second Shift•5:00PM to 1:30AM, Monday through Friday (15% shift differential pay) As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the dimensional inspection of engine parts in a bench inspection environment. The ideal candidate for a Quality Inspector role will possess the following skills: Able to produce both tear down and final inspection reports for a wide variety of gas turbine engine components, using both manual inspection tools and/or a CMM. Experience with CMM operation and/or programming a plus (especially with Brown & Sharpe CMM using PC-DMIS) but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates that wish to learn. Familiarity with OEM turbine component repair manuals also a plus. After training, should be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision. Basic understanding of inspection of parts, blueprint reading Aerospace overhaul & repair experience a plus
