They offer a stable environment with strong leadership, modern equipment, and a culture that values technical expertise and employee growth Job Description Conduct detailed dimensional inspections using CMM and precision tools Verify part geometry, hole locations, and tolerances against blueprints Develop, edit, and maintain CMM programs for production and inspection Document inspection results accurately and maintain traceability records Investigate measurement discrepancies and resolve inspection issues Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards Support engineering and production teams on part conformance Maintain adherence to QMS (ISO 9001) and safety protocols Assist in training team members on CMM operation and inspection practices Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work environments MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
