Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform inspections and Return to Service functions to ensure aircraft, engines, parts, and components meet regulatory and company standards. Verify maintenance actions, review documentation for accuracy and compliance, and approve aircraft for return to service in accordance with applicable regulations and repair station requirements. Collaborate with technicians and customers to support safe, compliant operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout all inspection and maintenance processes.             Required Education & Job Requirements
            • Typically 3-4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
            • Minimum of 1 year corporate or commercial jet experience.
            • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P).
            • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
            • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Professional Attributes
            • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
            • Ability to make sound decisions in a regulatory environment.
            • Effective communication skills when working with technicians and customers.
            • High level of integrity and commitment to safety and compliance.
            • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills
            • Experience performing Return to Service (RTS) inspections.
            • Familiarity with Bombardier and Learjet documentation systems.
            • Experience reviewing engineering data such as REO, EO, and DCN.
            • Customer-facing experience within a service center environment. Job Duties & Functions
            • Adhere to General Work Requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
            • Perform the Return to Service process and approve aircraft for return to service as authorized by the repair station accountable manager.
            • Obtain, inventory, and secure aircraft documentation upon aircraft arrival.
            • Inspect aircraft, engines, parts, components, precision tools, and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
            • Conduct in-process inspections for repairs and alterations performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.
            • Inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for physical damage, quantity, and conformity upon receipt.
            • Ensure all work packages, forms, debrief checklists, and maintenance records are completed accurately.
            • Document specialized customer forms and Bombardier/Learjet forms, including RED, RFE, and SRPSA.
            • Research aircraft drawings and technical data, including REO, EO, and DCN as required.
            • Perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release from maintenance.
            • Assist customers as required.
            • Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
            • Ability to work in a hangar environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
            • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing as required.
            • Ability to access confined spaces and elevated work areas.
