First Shift
• $20•22 Preference would be given to those who have P11TF8 qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Shift Inspector

• responsible to the quality manager for inspection of parts and processes taking place on the shop floor.

The shift inspector's duties and authority include: Performing machine setup, in process and final inspections of parts to be processed. Complete and stamp the areas of the traveler upon completion of each inspection operation that he/she is responsible for. Performing and recording process control inspections at the frequency required for each machine/job. Notifying the quality manager of any problems or nonconformance that affect the quality of parts being processed. Performing any additional duties that are delegated to him/her by the quality manager. Preventing any additional duties that are delegated to him/her by the quality manager. Preventing the recurrence of nonconformities by identification, segregation, reporting, initiating corrective action and verifying the corrective action. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
