Do you like being part of a crew that builds tangible results every day? Are you comfortable working outdoors in all conditions — including extreme heat? Can you lift, carry, and move materials safely while staying focused? Ready to learn new skills and support experienced tradespeople? What You'll Handle Hands-on construction labor across active sites Material handling: loading, unloading, staging, and cleanup Scaffolding and temporary structure setup and takedown Excavation tasks: digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling Tool use and support: supplying or holding materials and tools as needed Maintaining clean, organized work areas and equipment Must-Haves Clean Driver's License
REQUIRED!
Reliable, professional work ethic; team-first mindset Willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and follow safety practices Basic construction know-how (or strong aptitude to learn) Work Environment Expect physical, outdoor work in all weather, with frequent exposure to intense heat. You'll rotate through tasks to support the crew and keep the project on schedule.
