About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect precision CNC-machined metal components and ensure they meet engineering drawings and quality standards. You'll work closely with our machining and quality teams to maintain the high standards our customers expect. What You'll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections. Use CMM equipment and precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. Complete inspection reports and first article inspection (FAI) documentation. Identify and document nonconforming parts. Work with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues. Record inspection results and follow established quality procedures. Requirements 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, including inspection of precision CNC-machined components. Hands-on experience operating CMM equipment for dimensional inspection. Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T. Experience with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience inspecting tight-tolerance components. Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or similar precision manufacturing experience. Experience with Zeiss, CMMs, and Calypso software. Familiarity with AS9102, AS9100, or

ISO 9001.
