Quality Inspector Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Inspector to perform mechanical and visual inspections. The role involves utilizing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and visual inspections using CMM and other measurement tools. Utilize tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision measurement. Interpret and understand blueprints and drawings to conduct inspections. Conduct first article inspection (FAI) on AS9102 forms. Essential Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading. Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. First article inspection experience on AS9102 forms. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of GD&T is preferred. Experience with CMM is a plus but not required. Why Work Here? Our dress code is professional and ensures a comfortable working atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
