Enhancing Collaboration:

Working interdepartmentally strengthens teamwork and ensures that processes run smoothly across different teams.

Ensuring Thorough Processing:

Proactively checking stock and quarantining / issuing final dispositions helps avoid unnecessary delays or errors in production and fulfillment.

Educating Others:

Training new employees empowers them to succeed, improves workforce knowledge, and reinforces industry standards.

Handling miscellaneous duties showcases versatility, making them a reliable resource in different areas. What you should be good at Educational and Experience requirements: A high school diploma or

GED. 1-2

years relevance experience in Quality. 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing. Technical Skills Ability to use various metrology tools effectively, including: Calipers, Micrometer, Go/No-Go Gauges, Indicator, Hardness Tester, Profilometer, Optical Comparator, and Coordinate Measuring Machine basics. Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings/blueprints.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with two-digit numbers.

Language Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in English. Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Excellent capability to write clear and concise correspondence. Effective presentation skills for engaging in one-on-one and small group interactions with customers, clients, and colleagues.

Computer Skills:
