Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00

PM Job Description:

Perform quality inspections and testing of manufactured products and materials. Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Perform dimensional inspections and product validation using technical drawings. Operate and maintain quality inspection and testing equipment. Manage non-conformance and corrective action reports. Assist with root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives. Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities and maintain quality metrics. Prepare testing procedures, protocols, and quality reports. Work closely with Quality Assurance and production teams as needed.

Requirements:

Technical or Trade School certificate/diploma. 5+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing or testing environment. Knowledge of SPC and statistical quality control techniques. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong math, reading comprehension, and analytical skills. Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) is a plus. Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, and lift or carry 30+ pounds.
