$26.50-$44/hour, Hourly (Overtime available) Job Summary We are hiring for a licensed Aircraft Inspector for its Miami, FL facility. This role ensures that structural repairs and maintenance work on large commercial aircraft meet FAA airworthiness and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, certified professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Inspect structural repairs, modifications, and maintenance work for compliance with FAA and manufacturer standards Review completed work against engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural repair manuals (SRM) Verify airworthiness of repaired components before aircraft return to service Document inspection findings and maintain accurate, audit-ready maintenance records Communicate inspection results and quality concerns clearly to mechanics and team leads in English and Spanish Coordinate with mechanics and leads to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely turnaround Support a safe, compliant, and FOD-free work environment Qualifications Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting large commercial aircraft such as Boeing, Airbus, or Embraer platforms Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of structural repair manuals and FAA regulations Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a lead inspector or quality control inspector Experience with commercial aircraft structural repairs Familiarity with MRO tracking software Prior experience in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) facility Benefits PTO Holiday pay 401(k) Great working environment and opportunities for gro
