We are looking for a full time mechanical inspector to work in the aerospace industry. Applicant would be responsible for receiving, in-process, and final inspections. Ideally the applicant would have experience with the following: Proficient with the following inspection tools: calipers, height gauge, scale, tape measure, protractor, thread gauge, radius gauge, etc. Ability to interpret technical data General Quality Assurance / Control Experience Computer proficient Experience with

AS9100 & AS9102

Daily Responsibilities:

Measure parts using inspection equipment to confirm configuration Check end formations such as flare, double flare, swage, pre-set, square Fill out AS9102 Form 3 - Inspection Report Perform First Article Inspections Write purchase orders for outside processing Review operations sheets for compliance with customer drawings Perform hardness and conductivity tests
