We are currently looking for Quality Control Inspectors .
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of mechanical inspections on machined parts. Follow general inspection guidelines to conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical and functional inspections on a variety of parts. Conduct first article, in process, and final inspection of parts. Perform document review to ensure material trace-ability and product compliance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control Inspection. Ability to use typical layout inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators and optical comparator Ability to read blue prints and use precise measuring tools. Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Minimum high school diploma is required. College course work or trade school training preferred. Must have a strong sense of safety and safe work practices. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to learn new things quickly. Must have strong attention to detail, and high level of accuracy in work product. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, sit, reach, stoop, crouch, climb, balance, feel, and communicate. Must be able to frequently lift, pull, push objects that weight up to 30 pounds.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4pm and/or as needed.
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly pay rate will be commensurate with experience. This position includes a fully company paid medical, vision, and life insurance plan, a 401(k) plan with Company match, paid vacation, and holidays.
