This role oversees daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and quality control, while supporting project delivery and financial performance. The Team Leader serves as the primary leader for field staff, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer service attitude and demonstrating ECS Core Values. Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a team of construction materials testing technicians
• Manages day-to-day field operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensures projects are staffed with properly trained and qualified technicians
• Promotes and enforces safety policies and proper use of PPE
• Manages field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory
• Communicates daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors
• Supports recruiting and staffing to maintain appropriate team levels
• Reviews field reports and ensures quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Performs field testing, observation, and inspection as needed
• Supports Project Managers and Department leadership with project execution
• Participates in project meetings and client interactions
• Supports business development and client relationship activities
• May manage construction materials testing projects
