Aerospace / Aircraft Manufacturing & Integration Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector to support an aerospace manufacturing and aircraft integration operation in Titusville, FL. This is an approximately 3-month contract supporting the inspection and quality verification of aircraft parts and components. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of aerospace or manufacturing quality experience and be comfortable working directly with manufactured parts, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of aircraft parts, components, and manufactured hardware.
• Verify parts meet applicable engineering drawings, specifications, dimensions, and quality requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and/or final inspections as required.
• Use standard precision inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Identify and document nonconforming parts or workmanship.
• Assist with nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Maintain accurate inspection and traceability records.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and production personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable aerospace quality procedures and customer requirements. Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of Quality Engineering, Quality Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality experience.
• Aerospace, aviation, defense, or aircraft manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience inspecting machined, fabricated, sheet-metal, structural, or aircraft components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Working knowledge of GD&T preferred.
• Familiarity with

AS9100, ISO

9001, FAA, or other regulated aerospace quality environments is highly preferred.

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a hands-on aircraft/manufacturing environment.

Ideal Background Candidates coming from an aircraft modification facility, aerospace manufacturer, machine shop, aircraft parts manufacturer, MRO, or defense manufacturing environment should translate well into this position.
