Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable QA Revenue Auditor to join our team; someone who enjoys working through a steady flow of transactions, researching discrepancies, and making sure every detail is accurate. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers. This isn't a traditional accounting position. Instead, it's an operations-focused auditing role where you'll investigate exceptions, reconcile records, resolve issues, and ensure the accuracy of business transactions. If you enjoy a structured day, working independently, and analyzing information on a computer, this could be a great fit. This role is 100% on site at our Duluth, GA headquarters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Review a consistent queue of transactions and reconcile records for accuracy Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections Research discrepancies and resolve issues Document findings and maintain accurate records Support weekly financial and operational reporting Assist with process improvements and quality assurance reviews
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year of experience in accounting, administrative support, customer service, collections, operations, or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital tools Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, accounting systems, billing software, or other business systems is strongly preferred Travel industry or GDS experience is helpful but not required
