Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to analyze product specifications. The Quality Inspector will work closely with the manufacturing team to uphold quality management systems. Duties 1. Understand the whole quality policy and procedures about raw materials, working in process and final parts to effectively keep the good quality. 2. Monitor and check each line for timely control of good quality. 3. Learn how to use all necessary quality measurements and check tools like size, thickness, compressibility, hardness, scratches etc. 4. Provide immediate feedback whenever defective parts are discovered with recommendable solutions. 5. Keep all data related to quality control and quality assurance in whole processes. 6. Maintain cleanness for inspection rooms. 7. Keep clean all inspection machines and tools to be ready to use all the times. 8. Monitor for any defective parts and materials separated in confined boxs or storages. 9. Understand the root-cause analysis method and procedures. 10. Follow work instructions and checklist for standard operation procedure. 11. Assumes other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager Requirements Knowledge of quality inspection tools and equipment At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing plant as a quality control related field. High school diploma or similar educational background. strong work ethic for teamwork. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately. Keeping good attendance for working hours. Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
