Job Purpose:
The Quality Control (QC) Specialist is responsible for ensuring diaper products meet approved quality requirements and for monitoring the factory's compliance with fulfillment standards provided by QH. The role works independently on-site at the factory during production periods and coordinates remotely with relevant QH internal teams on quality and compliance matters
What You'll Be Doing:
A. Quality Control Conduct QC inspections for diaper production at the factory. Ensure products meet approved quality specifications and standards. Identify and report quality issues and production deviations. Follow up on corrective actions with the factory. B. Factory Compliance Monitor factory compliance with fulfillment standards provided by QH. Prepare QC reports and coordinate remotely with QH internal teams on quality and compliance matters.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Vietnamese language skills are preferred. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience or knowledge in manufacturing, QC/QA, baby products, or diapers is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently on-site at the factory with a high level of responsibility. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and report-writing skills.

Salary:
Negotiable. Part-time, on-site work at the factory during production periods, typically 1-2 weeks per month.
