Job Description

Position Summary AeroQuest Interiors Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aerospace Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing and quality operations. The successful candidate will inspect aerospace components, assemblies, materials, and finished products to verify compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, company procedures, and applicable aerospace quality standards. This position requires strong inspection skills, careful documentation, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Quality personnel. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving, in-process, first-article, and final inspections of aerospace components and assemblies. Inspect manufactured and purchased parts for compliance with drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements. Verify dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, workmanship, and product configuration. Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other inspection tools. Review engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, travelers, and inspection plans. Confirm that required production and inspection records are accurate and complete. Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials, parts, and processes. Initiate and support nonconformance reports and corrective-action activities. Maintain product traceability and accurate inspection records. Verify that measuring and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and within its calibration period. ü Support First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102 requirements, when applicable. Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Monitor compliance with the company's Quality Management System. Work with Production and Engineering to investigate quality issues and prevent recurrence. Ensure that only approved and conforming products are released to the next operation or customer. Follow all company safety, quality, and workplace procedures.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
