What You'll Do Investigate Product Quality Issues Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time Drive Quality Improvements Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
