Job Description
RA/QA Support AssistantJob Summary The RA/QA Support Assistant helps support the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating product testing, and keeping documentation organized. This role also helps maintain a clean and efficient lab environment and may assist with basic in-house testing when needed. Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Logistics Prepare, package, and ship product samples to outside labs Track shipments and make sure testing is completed on time Documentation & Records Organize and maintain test reports and records Track invoices related to testing services Help update technical files and product artwork Lab & Office Support Keep lab and office areas clean and organized Help manage supplies, samples, and files Team Support Work closely with the RA/QA team to complete daily tasks Share test reports and documents with other departments when needed Backup Testing Support Learn basic in-house mechanical and chemical testing Help cover testing work when needed Skills Needed Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs) Good organization and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Ability to solve problems and work well with a team Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous office, lab, or document control experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Able to sit and work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours) Able to lift up to 45 pounds when needed Able to read, write, and communicate clearly #IGA123
