Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing support to enhance the quality of life for our clients through effective behavioral therapy techniques. This role is for an in-school ABA therapy position. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and document data on client progress and behavior changes accurately. Maintain medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills. Engage in behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and education regarding behavioral strategies. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional development and improve service delivery. Experience Fluency in Vietnamese preferred Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is advantageous. Knowledge of special education principles and behavioral health practices is a plus. Experience in behavioral therapy or related fields will be beneficial for candidates. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality is essential.
