Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented Quality Technician in Pendergrass. In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production startups, and playing a key role in the launch of precision plastic components. IN A QUALITY STARTUP TECHNICIAN JOB YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Performing first-article inspections and quality checks at the start of each production run
- Identifying and reporting quality concerns to the appropriate teams
- Documenting startup quality data and maintaining inspection records
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience in plastic injection molding quality or production startup roles
- Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
