We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician to support daily quality operations in our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Perform incoming inspections and verify products before they move into inventory Conduct quality checks on existing stock Compare supplier reports and internal inspection results Collect, document, and report inspection data Identify and contain non-conforming products Support root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, corrective action) Prepare certifications and quality documentation for customer orders Assist with
ISO 9001
activities, audits, FAI, and PPAP Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Engineering and Fulfillment teams Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Associate degree in a technical field (or in progress) preferred 2+ years in quality inspection or similar role preferred Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with ISO 9001, PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Good communication skills and basic math proficiency Forklift experience is a plus Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 45 lbs Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment Must be able to wear PPE Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings What We Offer Paid holidays & vacation 401(k) with employer match Supplemental Benefits Health Reimbursement Plan Opportunities for growth and on-the-job training If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on product quality-we'd love to hear from you!
