Quality Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of document preparation tasks, import inspections, process inspections, and final product inspections.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Preparation Prepare management plans to guide quality assurance processes. Develop inspection standards to maintain consistent product quality. Generate Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for 4M change situations. Request regular testing from customers to validate product quality. Identify the root causes of quality issues and formulate improvement strategies. Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Inspections:
Conduct import inspections for resin materials in the molding process. Perform import inspections for paint materials used in our products.
For Molding:
Measure moisture content after drying resin. Inspect ultra-small and medium-sized products for quality compliance. Conduct final shipment inspections to ensure product quality.
For Painting:
Perform process circuit inspections. Measure coating thickness and assess adherence to quality standards. Perform final shipment inspections to verify paint quality.
For Assembly:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Approve or reject parts based on inspection and testing results. Release products that meet quality standards for further processing or shipment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in quality assurance and inspection processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards is a plus. Bilingual in both Korean and English.
