• Quality Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Quality Control Specialist is a key member of the Quality team, responsible for conducting operational audits, verifying process adherence, and working cross-functionally to resolve quality issues. This role plays a pivotal part in upholding customer satisfaction and continuous improvement efforts across sites. Summary of Essential Job Functions Conduct one (1) quality layered audit per site, per week, with full documentation and reporting. Coordinate post-audit actions including scheduling team reviews, organizing training or re-training, and driving corrective actions to closure. Review customer non-conformance reports (NCRs), perform initial investigations, and draft preliminary responses. Partner with site leadership to schedule and execute NCR-related standdowns and track team participation. Perform and document routine Verification & Validation (V&V) audits. Conduct photo verifications as required, based on site-specific targets. Other Duties as Assigned. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in Auditing or Quality Assurance preferred. Solid understanding of operational workflows, quality control processes, and corrective action methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
