Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Technician role is based in Statesboro, GA. The Quality Technician supports daily production by performing quality inspections on components and finished products, monitoring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements, and documenting inspection results. Responsibilities include assisting with root cause analysis for nonconformances, participating in quality audits, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves using measurement tools and testing equipment, maintaining quality records, and collaborating with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality issues and improve processes. The Quality Technician helps ensure that safety, regulatory, and company quality guidelines are consistently followed on the shop floor. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor product conformity and maintain high standards. Candidates should possess experience with Quality Auditing and Quality Management to support internal audits, document findings, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis and problem-solving. Candidates should possess familiarity with measurement tools, inspection methods, and basic manufacturing processes. Relevant experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing quality roles is beneficial. Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a production environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree in a related field is an advantage.
