Location Statesboro Campus - Statesboro, GA Department Information Eagle Dining Services Job Summary The Events and Customer Experience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests across Eagle Dining Services. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, improving the customer journey, coordinating engagement initiatives, and creating memorable dining events that strengthen participation and connection with the Eagle Dining program. The Events and Customer Experience Manager will collaborate closely with dining leadership, campus departments, and the Business and Finance engagement team to develop innovative programs, events, and communication strategies that promote the dining experience and support departmental goals. The position will monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate event planning and execution, and use data and customer insights to continuously enhance the dining experience across all dining facilities. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across Eagle Dining locations and customer touchpoints Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Monitor customer experience trends, industry best practices, and key performance indicators to recommend continuous improvements to dining operations and engagement Plan, promote, and evaluate dining events in collaboration with dining leadership and campus partners, maintaining documentation and using feedback to improve future programming Develop and coordinate a calendar of engaging dining events focused on student engagement, nutrition, culinary education, and community building Collaborate with dining leadership and campus partners to address customer concerns, improve service standards, and support a consistent dining experience Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, or a related discipline Required Experience Experience planning, coordinating, and executing events or engagement programs in a high-volume or customer-facing environment Progressively responsible experience in customer experience, hospitality, dining services, event management, student engagement, marketing, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, communications, business administration, event management, student affairs, or a related field Preferred Experience Experience in customer experience, hospitality, dining services, event management, student engagement, marketing, or a related field Experience planning and executing events or engagement programs in a higher education, hospitality, or customer-facing environment Experience using customer feedback, satisfaction data, or engagement metrics to improve programs and services Proposed Salary $46,513 - $58,141 This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
