Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Quality Officer to lead our organization's quality assurance and compliance initiatives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare quality management, regulatory standards, and process improvement. As the Chief Quality Officer, you will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance patient safety and care outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining accreditation standards and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations. Experience Required - Previous experience in healthcare compliance is preferred as well as experience in Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities associated with healthcare in the hospital setting. Education required - BSN preferred with current GA RN License. Associate Degree accepted with relevant experience.
